Refund and Returns Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we’ll be happy to work with you to resolve any issues or concerns you may have.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please email photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you replacement parts right away. If you receive damaged packaging and suspect it may have damaged the products inside, please send us photos of the damaged packaging to email@example.com.
If you would like to cancel an order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not yet shipped, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund for the items you wish to cancel. If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to issue a refund until you have received the items and returned them to our warehouse.
Returns and Exchanges
For all other returns and exchanges, we will accept returns or exchanges for any standard product for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs on any returned products to our warehouse. Before returning any products, please email us at email@example.com with your intent to return or exchange an item.
Custom products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
